The manufacture of our fabrics and wall coverings is just as carefully considered as their design. American mills manufacture both our screen printed and digitally printed designs using the highest quality pigments and dyes. We strive to keep orders consistent with the samples they are ordered from and inspect items before they ship. We print to order, therefore slight color variation can occur and is not considered an irregularity. Merchandise with no irregularities may not be returned and is considered final sale.

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM ORDERS?
Fabric: We have a 3yd minimum on fabric orders, however we may accept smaller orders for an additional cut fee if the fabric is in stock. Please email info@marescatextiles.com to check stock availability. We do not accept half yard orders on purchases under 3yd.
Grasscloth Wallpaper: 3 panel minimum with no cut fee available.
Nolar Wallpaper: 4 panel minimum with no cut fee available
screenprinted fabric continuous length
Our screen printed fabrics are printed on 30yd tables. For orders exceeding 30yds fabric will be cut at the half way mark unless otherwise noted. Please order accordingly.
DIGITALLY fabric continuous length
Our digitally printed fabrics can be printed up to 50 yd in continuous length.
GRASSCLOTH continuous PANEL length
To maintain the highest quality and consistency, our grasscloth papers can only reach 5yd in continuous length. Please consider the height of your walls and order in panel lengths accordingly. We can print panels up to 5yds continuous in half yard increments. Each panel starts from the same place in the pattern repeat to ensure seams match.
wallpaper CONTINUOUS PANEL length
Our Nolar wallpapers are printed in panels of 9ft, 10ft, 11ft, 12ft, 15ft or 30ft. Please consider the height of your walls and order accordingly. All panels will start from the same point in the design to ensure they match at the side seams.
DO YOU CUSTOM COLOR?
Custom coloring is available on all of our products that exceed the minimum order requirements. Please email info@marescatextiles.com to inquire.
DO YOU offer custom grounds?
If one of our stock grounds does not suit your specific project needs that doesn’t mean we can’t work together to find one that does! We have many resources for both commercial and specialty fabrics and wall coverings and are happy to source another ground to suit your needs. Sourcing and matching fees may apply. Please email info@marescatextiles.com to inquire.
FABRIC DURABILITY
Printed Linen: Our upholstery weight linen fabrics are double-rub tested up to 20,000 double rubs and our upholstery weight oyster linen/cotton blend fabrics are double-rub tested up to 15,000 double rubs. Our printed linens are not suitable for use in high-traffic areas or areas that see a lot of wear from children and pets. Please consider backing the upholstery weight options if they will be used in more high-traffic areas to add extra durability to the upholstery weight options.
Outdoor/Performance: Our outdoor/performance collection is tested up to 25,000 double rubs and is stain, mildew and water resistant. It’s great for use in more high-traffic areas that see a lot of wear day to day. Our outdoor/performance fabrics also come with a 5yr warranty.
RETURNS
Once received, please inspect your order. If a fabric or wallpaper arrives with an irregularity it must be returned within 14 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted once fabric or wallpaper is cut or treated. We strive to keep orders consistent with the samples they are ordered from. We print to order, therefore slight color variation can occur and is not considered an irregularity. Merchandise with no irregularities may not be returned and is considered final sale. Our textiles are not guaranteed against dye lot variations, natural wear, or natural fading.
Because our pillows are printed and constructed to order, we do not accept returns on any merchandise that is delivered as described on our website. Merchandise with no irregularities or defects may not be returned and are considered final sale. We offer samples for sale on our website and highly encourage customers to order a fabric sample before placing their pillow order to ensure they will be happy with their purchase.
WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?
Print to order fabrics have a 4-6 week lead time. All in-stock fabrics are available to ship within one week.
All wall coverings have a 3-4 week lead time.
Rush printing is available for an additional fee, please email info@marescatextiles.com for pricing.
do you offer cfa?
CFA is not available on any of our products, however we can assure you that your order will be as close to the original sample as possible. Please check shipments for defects before cutting or installing, as orders can not be returned if they have been altered in any way.
fabric cleaning instructions
Our printed linen and linen/cotton fabrics are not meant to be cleaned with bleach or other harsh chemicals. Spot treatment recommended with very light abrasion. Heavy abrasion can cause fabric discoloration and spotting. Pretest a small area before proceeding.
Our performance fabrics can be spot washed by sponging briskly with a soapy solution of natural soap in lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry. For stubborn stains and or mildew, chlorine bleach can be added to this solution it will not affect the color of the fabric.
NATURAL FIBER DISCLAIMER
Our fabrics are printed on linen and linen/cotton blend grounds, both of which are natural materials. These materials can have slight variation in color from dye lot to dye lot. These inconsistencies are part of the beauty of these natural artisanally woven fabrics and are not considered fabric irregularity. Our grasscloth wallpapers are also printed on natural fiber-backed paper. Because the fibers are bleached, they can change from dye lot to dye lot. These inconsistencies are not considered a print irregularity.
